The apartment is beautifully located, overlooking the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and the marina of Olhão, and is only 5 minutes walk from the center.

The Marina Village complex includes several apartment blocks with 4 floors. However, since the orientation is north-south, there are only four blocks where the end on the south side is located directly on the boulevard. The first two blocks are part of the hotel.

So the number of private apartments with ’super’ views is very limited and all those have three bedrooms. Our T3 apartment is one of those.

Our stylish corner apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. There are three spacious and modern bathrooms. All bedrooms, the living room and the large terrace have stunning ocean views. The L-shaped terrace has space for a dining table with 6 chairs, a lounger and a coffee corner for two.

Guests have access to a shared private pool with sun deck, showers and toilet, located on the top floor of the building.

There is a satellite receiver, with English news and music channels. There is also internet TV (IPTV) for 27 regular UK channels.
