The normal cost for air conditioning and heating are included in the rent. Excessive use will be charged extra at cost.

 ** For an extra bed (folding bed) inquire price by email.

Payment Conditions

Within a week after booking, 50% of the total rental price must be paid as a reservation deposit by bank transfer. We do not accept checks or credit card payments.
The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If reservation takes place within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rent must be paid within 1 week after reservation. Failure to pay the remaining 50% or the full rent on time is considered as a cancellation.

Since we cannot insure ourselves against cancellations, payments made on the rent will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. We, therefore, advise you to take out insurance.

Also early departure from the apartment, for whatever reason, will not result in a refund.

The security deposit amounts € 250.- for the T3 and € 150.- for the T1. This deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 2 working days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.
